Who this space is for

Top Sissy welcomes adult creators, including femboys, trans women, and people who choose the term “sissy” for themselves. These identities are not interchangeable, and no identity is inherently sexual. Joining is voluntary; never assign a label to someone else.

Keep every listing non-explicit

Use a creator name, a brief non-explicit bio, and links you own or are authorized to promote. No nudity, pornography, graphic sexual descriptions, embedded adult media, or explicit thumbnails. Optional profile and banner photos must be non-explicit, depict adults only, and be yours to use with the depicted person’s consent. Photos in this local demo stay in your browser. There are no video uploads, live chat, or imported social feeds.

Adults and consent only

Everyone promoted or tagged must be 18 or older. No sexual content involving minors, age-ambiguous sexual promotion, age-play marketing involving minors, coercion, trafficking, exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, or sexual deepfakes. Do not link to such material.

Tagging requires permission

A shoutout can publicly associate someone with this adult-oriented directory. Get that adult’s explicit permission before tagging them. A public X account alone is not permission. No surprise tagging, outing, impersonation, harassment, deadnaming, or disclosure of private information.

No unlawful transactions or misleading claims

No advertisements arranging in-person sexual services, unlawful products, scams, malware, stolen content, or deceptive redirects. Rank reflects promotional boosts, not identity verification, popularity, quality, consent, or endorsement.

Creator links

Linked destinations may contain adult material and have their own entry rules. Do not use a link to evade these rules, promote illegal material, or imply that Top Sissy has verified the destination. Only non-explicit landing-page labels appear here.
